The location, though good, is not being well taken care of, situated in a calm area away from the city crowd. The dining options are limited and need more imagination. Overall, the hotel provides a unique experience with some drawbacks to consider.
My stay at this large hotel was wonderful. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the facilities I needed, including Tea/Coffee. The soundproof environment made it even better. However, the service lacked professionalism and discipline. The location was convenient and close to the areas of interest in town. The dining experience, while good, could use some improvements in freshness. Overall, it was a peaceful retreat away from the city crowd.
The hotel offers nice, spacious rooms with courteous staff and views of the mountains. I had to extend my stay, and they happily accommodated my request without any issues.
